Andrew Kim is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with roots in Silicon Valley, where he built and scaled innovative technology companies. As the owner of a personal portfolio of 20 single-family rentals—purchased sight unseen—he founded SHARE to solve the challenges he faced firsthand as a mom-and-pop investor. By merging his experience in technology and real estate, Andrew is on a mission to make U.S. property investing easier, more accessible, and more scalable for everyday investors.
Carmen Da Silva, CPA
CFO & Co-Founder
Carmen Da Silva is a cross-border CPA (Canada & U.S.) with deep expertise in finance and tax strategy. A former leader at PwC and founder of a successful Insurtech platform—acquired after scaling to over $500M in AUM—Carmen brings institutional-grade financial insight to SHARE.
Dmitri Bourchtein
CIO & Co-Founder
Dmitri Bourchtein brings over $7 billion in U.S. real estate transaction experience from his role as Executive Director of Investments at Starlight U.S. Residential. He co-founded SHARE to give individual investors access to the same quality of deals previously reserved for large funds.

Brandon Sam Soon is a technology leader with a track record of scaling engineering operations. At Loblaw Digital, he helped grow the engineering team from 50 to 125+ while supporting revenue growth from $250M to over $1B in two years.
